Amidst the on-going controversy trailing COZA Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, a media practitioner, Aliu Bolakale has claimed the embattled cleric was a cultist at the University of Ilorin, UNILORIN.

In a post he updated on his social media page @mrrsmartt on Twitter, Aliu mentioned that Fatoyinbo was allegedly rusticated from the University when he was in 300 level over his alleged involvement in cult activities.

He then claimed that the pastor was studying Economics at the school before he was rusticated

Where he also has his 3 other siblings, their last born name is bimbo #fatoyibo. A brother was also in school while he was a student of the University of Ilorin at then former campus at surulere/General.#PastorBiodun was in year 3 studying economics when he was rusticated for for being a cult member of AY* nd also their leader in d school campus.

How does this concern the rape issue, it is obvious this guys have a grudge against him, some people were involved in cultism years back but they are no longer in it, when people accuse someone on a case you focus on the case you don't go round talking gibberish that does not help.

It's becoming clear that this isn't just about the rape. Funny enough,most of the guys protesting against him are guilty of the same rape...when a girl says no n you still go ahead to have your way(forcefully or not),its rape.guys can relate

There's no proof yet that Busola is saying the truth, but she is not some broke/desperate opportunist looking for cheap popularity and pocket change. She's living a good life and has her reputation and that of her family to protect.

Pastor Fatoyinbo could be innocent of the allegation but this is not a one-off case as he has been accused before. It is still very possible that he is innocent of all the allegations. So i don't think a sentence should be passed until he has been given a chance to fully address the issue (s) and defend himself.

Busola on the other hand deserves to be taken very seriously. Rape is a grievous crime and it has become endemic in Nigeria.

However, anyone standing completely with Busola without giving Pastor F benefit of the doubt is unnecessarily emotional and guilty of fallacy of hasty conclusion.

Anyone defending Pastor F without asking for the case to be thoroughly investigated is a Potential Rapist.

The ideal thing to do is to let the case go to trial and listen to both parties give their accounts under oath.

Even though i don't fully believe in our judicial system, i feel that if we listen attentively to both sides of the story, somewhere along the line, the whole truth will emerge.

I won't actually be surprised if the woman selling things in Fatoyinbo's Secondary school canteen comes forward to say he's still owing her. Nigerians and backup story. Almost every Nigerian is a detective in one way or the other. Once your story don commot omo dem go begin dig out your family history.

It is important to establish that he is a person of questionable character if you want to establish that he is capable of something like rape.
