Copa America not playing extra time in the quarter and semi- finals is allowing teams like Peru (and Paraguay when they played Brazil) to park the bus. I feel Uruguay might have scored in extra time.

Don't mind the guy. one would expect that Fifa would have come out with much stiffer punishment for cheats like that. Ban them for all Fifa competition for two years. it will serve as deterant to other players
