Two ways to treat cyst that I know of are serrapeptase and/or apple cider vinegar with the mother. Use with unsulpured blackstrap molasses. A tablespoon acv to half a spoon of molasses diluted in plenty water. Like that small bottle to the big eva. Drink with a straw. Take twice daily. You do this with Castro oil pack. You can get a Castro oil in a pharmacy. Its about N600.

Rub the oil over your tummy, cover with nylon, then cover with cotton material (use hubby's old singlet) and place the hot water bottle on it, then cover with thick large towel. The warmth and the oil will bring healing. Make sure you adjust to nearest minimum so your skin does not get burnt. Do this twice daily on empty stomach. Four days straight and three days off.

Do the Castro oil pack with apple cider plus bsm or castro oil pack with serrapeptase. Whichever you can afford.

Serrapeptase is 12k. If you are taking serrapeptase, start with one capsule on empty stomach an an hour before meal. Do that for three day. Then increase dose to 2 caps daily for another like three days. Then on the seventh day take caps 2 caps an hour before meal and last thing at night/evening. Make you take 2/3hours after meal. The longer its away from meal the better. Within two weeks to a month you should get relief.

I will upload a video later on how to do castrol oil pack massage but with the above is explanatory.

It is the progesterone that makes your temperature (if you do bbt you understand) to stay high after ovulaton. Now, some mama do not produce enough, those women will have short luteal phase defect (time after your ovulation till before another period) and may find it hard to get pregnant because their baby or embryo will not have enough time to implant into the uterus/womb. So women with this type of problem will resolve this by supplementing with progesterone just after ovulation is confirmed..say about 2 to 4 days after ovulation is confirmed.

A healthy luteal phase should be anywhere around 12 to 16 days. Its not good when its shorter. Mama may have miscarriage or chemical pregnancy or not get pregnant at all when luteal phase is 11,10 days down ward. Some mamas may scale through this period (luteal phase) but may not be able to support the baby during pregnancy because they do not have enough.

So the best thing is to support your pregnancy with progesterone just after you confirm you are pregnant. Especially when you struggled to get pregnant. You do not want to risk having a miscarriage. By so doing you cover that area in case you are deficient.

When you are on progesterone you do not miss a dose or skip a day or else the person may miscarry. That is why progesterone is also used to call on period or mensuration.

1. Can ACV + BSM be used after ovulation has occured? i.e can it be used throughout one cycle? If no, when can it be stopped?


2. Has anyone used DIM for fibroids. Is it advisable to use DIM when TTC (because it states that it shouldn't be used when trying to get pregnant on the container by manufacturer but I read on Google that it can be used). Please has anyone used DIM and got pregnant while using it?

Duphaston tablet is good. You can either take 10mg 2 to 3 daily or 20mg twice daily. Do not stop when you get pregnant. See you doctor, let him know you are on progesterone. Yes progesterone has cream is very effective. But there is this particular one you must use that is good for pregnancy.

Vitamin B6 50mg twice daily (after ovulation) pregnancare conception and 200 to 500mg Vitamin C will help increase your progesterone level. Reduce Vitamin C to 200mg when you get pregnant.

In my opinion if you really want to use bsm and acv for health concerns go ahead and to so but do not ttc then. Use for the whole month and stop the second month before ovulation. Do not use during 2ww. Drink plenty water when on it. Do not take plenty bsm. Take a tablespoon of avs to teaspoon of bsm. Do not take too much of bsm, its sugar you know..

As for DIm, it lower excess estrogen. Fibroids and endo feed on estrogen. So by reducing estrogen you reduce the fibroids and endos. Even though I do not have personal experience with it, I have read about a mama who took in trough her circle and got pregnant, though she use it in combo with serrapeptase dim and other supplements. I am not even sure if it disrupt ovulation, since your need estrogen to produce eggs. Please do more research.
