For the past 2 months now, people within Warri (Osubi) axis have been on blackout. I made enquiries and was told the fault is from TCN, that the feeder's breaker is bad and needs replacement. I haven't seen any official press release from TCN on that, BEDC tried tweeting about it. This month of June, we had light just for 2 nights (approx. 24hours). TCN should do something about it oh
ah swear...especially dah Fupre area

You are dumb!

Are power outages prone to Nigeria alone. Did you read to ascertain the root cause?

You see why you have been failing multiple job interviews and still remain unemployed

You dive into conclusion without digesting.

The national grid experienced a system collapse this morning due to a massive drop of load by the distribution companies. This also led to a fire in Benin.

What in heavens name is 9010hours.

If TCN, a company saddled with providing power, by being instrumental in the entire power chain, doesn't know there is nothing after 2359Hrs. I rest my case

And thats make the Government useless?

Even after making known the cause of the outage. We just getting there and outage should not warrant condemnation.
Until the government gets more efficient at handling these issues and even preventing them outright, it is a useless, ineffective government. Stop appreciating, hyping and attempting to force mediocrity down the throats of others! The government can and should do better, they made promises since coming into power so they should damn well keep them!

And that they have been doing. Aint we moving in the power sector? If we did take a look at where we coming, at least we should give kudos to the government for where we stand today in as much as their is still much to be done.

Nope sorry. No pats on the back until the job is done! It's not pro bono is it? They're getting mega bucks and allowances so I see no reason to appreciate what isn't even there. These grid collapses for instance should have been fully addressed by now but it still poses problems till date why? That is ineptitude and deserves no applause.

Sincerely, I must agree with you. But that still doesnt make the government useless.

His Excellence, President Mohammadu Buhari (GCFR) administration should still be given a time to overhaul. You sound like this predicaments are recent and same time painting the picture like its something that could be turned around over-night. This are infrastructures that have decayed and left neglected for decades without upgrades or plan to create redundancies. Too early to just call an administration useless. Afteral, you seeing giant strides in other sectors. Its one step at a time.

One step at a time does not fly, it's not and should not be a one-man show, that is why there are ministries where he's supposed to appoint capable, qualified hands to do the job. Buhari is clearly unable to do that and is therefore useless.

Meanwhile what giant strides in which sectors? Health? Education? Security? The Economy? Respect for institutions like the judiciary/courts? Where really? Or is it Sports with Lalong and incessant protests by our sports men and women?

Just try and stop exalting mediocrity, it's past time to demand higher standards especially since the APC actually promised those higher standards otherwise what are Change and Next Level slogans about?

Change is a gradual process. I believe you making conclusions too early. But at a time, you have the sole right as a citizen of the country and your constructive criticism are healthy and a necessary push required in achieving great developmental strides.

So what are you waiting for? Join up and be bold in criticism and stop acting like there are such wonderful improvements that the common man is yet unable to see. Be part of the push and change for d great developmental strides. Stop trying to shut down those that are bod enough to speak out and call out the government for its failures! Tomorrow now Buhari will jet off to London on public funds for health concerns and you'll applaud him while the health sector here continues to rot!

Really, there isn't a time when the system isn't collapsing, but they never prorate our bills for those of us still on estimated billing. It would be nice if customers are giving a grace period for times there is a system collapse. No power, NEPA doesn't deserve to be paid.

When will the Nigeria government become serious about providing steady power for the masses? Every time its one system collapse or another.

Anyway at SolarDuke, we are here to ensure all homes get access to constant power at affordable price.
