its simple like putting 15 adults in a mansion, and make them have a routine and planed activities just like NYSC orientation camp, morning is for compulsory excersise, and the day has a task like debate on girl education, global warming and all that or Drama Acting, and other group activities, sometimes sport like mini soccer.
