I have a colleague whose sister was abused by a pastor she never said out until on Saturday. He only heard it for the first time on Saturday. Let us assume it wasn't rape but a consensual thing. The second question is should you do that with an under aged that is another offence on its own. The third assumption is that there was nothing at all between these two. Will she just stand up and come up with such a story? Something has happened either way it is an offence. At that age she is vulnerable.
