Hello US MissionNGRA,

My younger brother visa was not renewed through Dropbox. My dad scheduled another interview for September. He is still under 18 years so my dad accompanied him to the Embassy for his initial visa.
Now, my Dad's visa is not even close to expiration date and he booked a flight to USA to visit my sisters. and he will be back to accompany my brother for his interview in September.
On his arrival to the stop over airport to USA, his visa was revoked and he was sent back on the next flight to Lagos. The purported email that was claimed to be sent was not sent. An officer wrote REVOKED and a code on his visa.
I think there is a mistake somewhere because they both bear the same last name and first name. I'm confused right now. This is not his first time travelling to the USA. Please, how will it be rectified?"

@seyewest , please have you seen this? What could have happened?
but any reason why his visa was revoked?

Maybe you should share his transcript at POE and explain in details the event leading up to the deportation.

Good day All,

I landed in Orlando on Sunday and Poe was smooth after gathering all documents for previous births. Visa was renewed in March last year but was not used till now.

Was asked only two, what I was here for and how long I will be staying.

Told her childbirth and will be staying for two months. She stamped me in till December 2019 and I was out of there.

After all the horror stories, I am grateful to spend less than 4mins with the CBP Officer.

Wow! But i have been hearing a lot of scary information about pregnant women being turned back at the POE. Did you do anything different?

Birthing in U.S is not illegal and the scary information you've been hearing about is about visa refusal for some women who birthed in U.S.

Depending on your fare rules it maybe one or two checked luggage and one hand luggage with maximum of 8kg.

I have always wanted to share my transcript here. Came in through MSP airport on Sunday through K1. Only questions asked were the address and phone number of my fiancée. CBP was so nice and polite. Happy independence!

Good day , I am going to University of Kentucky , My friend is considering booking Houston flight ticket for me , with a plan to take a bus from there down to Kentucky , anything wrong with this ?
I'm considering spending some days with him before my orientation, would CBP be concerned ?

Not sure if it's allowed but package it well and declare it, they may let you through.

If chicken flavoured indomie is not allowed, how can chicken suya be allowed? Your sister ran away from Nigeria to live in America so she should conform and assimilate with their culture there. She should be eating BBQ chicken wings and not suya or better still let her return home and build Nigeria.

Buy the spices for it. She can grill it to achieve same taste. Ask your suya man to mix the spices for you

And it was your thread that helped his sister get Visa or what? He asked a question and I answered it. Whatever bit of sarcasm, humor or "anger" Injected in the process of doing so, is covered and allowed by free speech. I will not be censored. This is a public forum, be guided.

That is no sarcasm or humor and hiding under free speech doesn't make it right.

I ignored him/her because I couldn't be bothered to deal with unnecessary rudeness. He/She obviously has issues.

You have the internet, do your research and do you know that Delta Airline flies to Lagos daily from Atlanta, so if there's any problem it will be on the mainstream news network not a faceless social media.
