Is it so hard for government to give justice to citizens whose family members have being killed by the known "unknown" gunmen? Is it so hard to resettle IDP's back to their ancestral Land? Government has not demonstrated it's capacity to safeguard life and show goodwill towards people who have being robbed of their livelihood, households and lands. If government wants citizens to back its programs and projects, it is only fair that the safeguard all citizens and be just.
