Their solution is to lock up all women and allow them go out only if a male relative is there. They know their men rape, they just place the burden on the women as preventive method not so much to handle it from the men angle to stop the men from doing it. It is just the way the world plays the game.

It is women with their fake rape accusations that made any serious punishment for rape impossible. They undermined their own long term interest. If women were absolutely believable, the death penalty could easily be implemented for rape.

I still support the death penalty for clear cut cases of violent rape with weapons, by strangers; as in this case.
