See the stupid response from the Schools PRO. How can he say the death of the lecturer is not as a result of unpaid salary. What can cause high blood pressure more than pressure of lack of finance and all sorts of bills give you slaps. Children and wife needs, personal needs not been met and so on. It's quite shameful to hear that they were last paid in February. By this statement from the PRO it is confirmed that they have not been paid. Some baggars here will start trying to form PR for the governor. Very irritating. |

My condolences to the families of the deceased. It is not news that the current state of the economy in Kogi state is so distasteful and collapsed. Kogi state needs a fresh ideology and a fresh start from a totally different individual and party. A state once governed by PDP and now APC and nothing to show for it despite all the abundant resources in Kogi state. November is fast approaching, and I will seek they all we join hands to vote out the Yahaya Bello led APC government and take back our future from these unfriendly set of cabals. Together, We can take Kogi state back to where it belongs. #TakeItBack #TakeKogiBack #WeCan #Aguda4Governor #Hope4All

The University PRO is a sycophant & dullard. Does he not know the relationship between unpaid salaries & ill heath. I pray that the same calamity should not befall him or a member of his household. |

[He,however, said his death has nothing to do with unpaid salaries.] Why do we keep covering the wrongs been done by those in authority? What's the need for the lie? When you owe people do you expect them to eat or sell their children to survive? What actually are they doing with those monies? |

Richy4:Oga, health insurance policies are usually funded by the employer. In the case where the employer has no policy in place - for example, ALL state governments in Nigeria, how is your statement of any consequence? |

destinie2019:It will kill my time to give you a creche course about insurance policies.. I want to let you know that there are up to 4 insurance policies.. depending on the one u wanted.. The one you were talking about that the employer provides is the Liability insurance, which provides cover for situation where the insured is legally liable to others as a result of injury /damages...employers have a legal liability for injury to employees.. There are also Property insurance which covers damages to property by a range of different perils.. this happens when individual decides to pay monthly or so in case of Fire There are also life insurance which help / cover the family in case of death or permanent disability... The one I'm talking about is Health insurance policies which provides hospital and medical benefits cover.. Individuals pay for this to cover their families hospital expenses monthly... You should ask your self how many times has your Government or employer covered your medical bills.. please stop sounding confident over what you have no idea about.. |

How does he know that his death was not because of his unpaid salaries, if his salaries was paid regularly, he would have got to a better hospital with good facilities, the university authorities should hide their faces in shame. |
