Okay. I agree with you. I was using figure of speech to describe his way of play. Ofcourse he has brain, maybe he isn't using it well. A lot is expected from him.

I agree with the emboldened. I suspect he will definitely improve, sooner or later.

I agree.

I'm only debunking the talk of his selection based on corruption.

I myself may not have picked him but we need to always carry out investigation rather perpetuating our sentiments.

Are you drunk? Who told you he couldn't connect a single pass? Did you even watch the match at all. Penaldo fans are so easy to spot. Pathetic.

So what happened against Liverpool? Was LV playing against Argentina? Kiss the truth. Sometimes, Messi is below average.

Onuachu did his job simple.

Most Nigerians especially those on Nairaland do not know the nuances of the game of football. They just open their wide mouth spew craps born out of tribal hickup

Guy leave dat talk. I am a Nigerian. I love all Nigerian tribes equally. There are good and bad people in every single tribe. No tribe is superior to another in my mind.

I disagree. I don't believe in devil or the God of the bible. Every good in this world is from human beings. Every bad in this world is also from human beings. Stop fooling yourself.

The commentator never said such. I listen to the commentary attentively. Tell us what minute he said such. Onuachu is lanky and very dangerous on a good day.

His 5 minutes cameo appearance in this game cannot define him. His goals are usually more technical than Ighalo's scrappy goals. Give him time to play more like Ighalo, then we'll take stocks.

I'm still not confident in Ighalo, I have never seen him take on 2 defenders and hit the target like proper strikers do.

BTW Mikel 'backpass slowObi' is now officially surplus to requirement, we are eagerly waiting to hear his retirement speech.
You see why I don't take your replies serious? So you don't know channels have their own commentary? Did you use beIN Sports, Eurosport or Supersport? Each channel have their own commentary. Ask on Nairaland if you doubt

Stop trying to be evasive, I watched on Supersport and heard the English commentary, so tell us the commentary where such was said, I will research it. Was it BeinSport Arabic commentary, Eurosport French commentary or Canal + sports Italian?

My point is there are even local based players who might have done well for their clubs, but weren't picked.

It's not possible this guy did well in the pre-tournament preparations and he'll suddenly appear lost in the tournament.

So he was definitely picked on biased sentiments or nepotism.
