Dear Engrs,

What is the major difference between BOQ and BEME?

Which one is advisable for an engineering student to use?

Can i have samples?

This is a hotly debated topic in Nigeria anyways. BOQ is still the most preferred and used.

Engineers believe we can do the costing better because we know the materials more than a QS.

Major difference between the BOQ and BEME is the technical accuracy and description that goes into the costing when done by an engineer.
