So I opened an account with betking and lodged #100,000 and have turned it into a #306000 but after my first game, it tells me i have exceeded my maxinum stake limit (even when i reduce my stake to #100)
I ve put several calls to their customer care but they keep asking me irrelevant questions like: how many game do you have on the ticket, what browser are you using, etc and their suggestions didnt work. One even advised i add more selections as if its her father that gave me the money.

I will like to close this thread as this matter has been resolved and i now have access to my account.

Yes, I do experience same with sportybet. What they mean is you want to withdraw beyond the amounts you have so far invested. What I would advise you to do is to find any game and place ur bet on a less risky odd like over0.5ft(meaning at least a goal will be scored in a game) with 50k. Once the bet booms, then proceed to withdraw 50k(or 150k since you initially deposited 100k) and enjoy. You dont get my predicament. They blocked my account while my money is still there. They are accusing me of having more than 1 account.

I did but the customer care guy said they cant give details. I ve contacted lagos lottery board. Betking cannot be judge in their own case
