Pls help.... I was trying to register my sister for a course on NOUN. After making payment via Remita, I was supposed to get an RRR code but I didn't get any code... The page just went off immediately I clicked on 'Pay' and I received alert from my Bank that payment has been sent to Remita.

Now, I cannot continue with the registration without the RRR code. Plz how do I go about this? Has anyone experienced this before?

Update: After going through the payment page again I found out that I made a mistake of not copying out the RRR code...it is displayed even before I clicked 'Pay'.

Pls how do I get it back?

Check the email address used.
But always remember that it is better you pay at the bank to avoid such complaints that u cannot easily find who to resolve it.

Enskynelson:

Login to your portal and generate RRR. Make payments at the bank and check the RRR after your login so the money can reflect in your portal.
Good day, 4 of my courses are yet to be released since Monday. What could be the issue?

please if anyone can help clarify this issue I will be glad. so I printed my admission letter in January but didn't proceed with registration, although I understand that I can continue with my registration this semester, but am confused which semester courses I will be doing.1st or 2nd. thanks

First semester, since you are just starting. Note that NOUN runs all semesters concurrently meaning while in your first semester, someone else could be in 2nd semester.

Can someone continue his studies from outside the country?
YES if only you can be coming back during every exams to take your exams. You can do your registrations and TMAs there.

Keep checking. If you don't see the results eventually, you may have to write through your SCD with evidence that you registered and sat for the exams.

It is minimum of 34 TCE required for graduation and not 30.
Secondly, you don't have to pay 18k semester registration fees as you no longer have any course to register for this semester. The defense is for a course already registered earlier. Success!
Thank you so much for your time and response. Does it mean I can't graduate having done 35 TCE but failed an elective course leaving me with 33 TCE passed?

What i mean is that when u pass those courses it wil be fix back to u instead of dividing it unlike in undergraduate course where F affects cgpa
I understand you perfectly but that's not the case at NOUN. That's how it is done for postgraduate studies at conventional universities, but NOUN does not do that.
Every F affects the CGP just like an undergraduate even after the course has been passed.

I can confidently tell you that the school is not serious or organized at all...No where or nobody to complain too...They are really not transparent in there dealings... If they are sincere they should upload our marked scores and lets see what the problem is...
