Former Senate President Bukola Saraki has hosted minority leaders of the ninth Senate at his residence in Abuja, Igbere TV reports.


The senators, who are members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), had a closed-door meeting with Mr. Saraki on Wednesday morning.


Minority leader Enyinnaya Abaribe, deputy minority leader Emmanuel Bwacha, minority whip Phillip Aduda, and deputy minority whip Shabi Yau were all at the meeting.


The purpose of the meeting was not revealed in a tweet by an aide to Saraki, Bamikole Omisore.

PHILIP has been in that national assembly since my secondary school days, we used to leave close to their family house in karu village Abuja, and now i'm a married man with kids and this man is still in that house, make this man rest small nah, how can you be my past, present and as i'm looking at it, he still want to be my future, but God will fight for US.
