Egypt own afcon.... Cameroon have won more than us

We have played more semifinals than any other African team despite not qualifying all the time. I don't think any team has won more medals than us (bronze in 92, gold in 94, silver in 00, bronze in 02, 04 and 06, gold in 13). We may not have won as much trophies as Egypt Cameroon or Ghana but we have got to be the most decorated.

but wetin I still dey find am difficult be say, with all the talks about south Africa been dangerous and pressing, it's like the eagles have finally clipped their wings, they have given them a very closed marking making it very difficult for the SA to play their usual flowing football

Nigeria's ball possession is very poor. South Africa is playing with utmost class, poise and confidence while the Eagles seem to be relying on counterattacks.
Actually, it's a tactic. SA are far more comfortable when sitting back and counterattacking, as their counters are lethally effective. Giving them the ball forces them onto the front foot, making them unsure and uncomfortable, and also allowing for Nigerian counters.

At least, I hope it is grin

We are ahead, but our performance still feels rather flat.

Musa’s end product is something to worry about, he gets into positions where he could take a curler at goal, but will instead choose to find someone to pass to.
He is a winger for crying out loud, when you have a better chance at goal , you take your shot and stop looking for who to pass to.. I am beginning to think he is getting expired o.. he has not impressed me so far in this competition

You will not say that if you watch there match against eygpt.it is like they regressed today. But thank God for that, we are ahead now. Also eagles greatly improved today from what we displayed against Cameroon.
Yah, I noticed that too. Its like the pressure is just too much for them to handle.

This supersports commentator fit use mouth score for South Africa

That guy runs commentaries on late games at this tourney, and apart from his obvious lack of professionalism, I don't think the guy even knows the game - making sloppy mistakes about players' history and their clubs. He's easily the worst commentator at this tourney. I bet the got the job simply because e get small phonee. Piece of work!

He's trying not to be seen as selfish but has failed to reproduce his magic against Iceland last year in this tournament.
