Firstly, Chioma was roaming and not only that, she was cruising on an Island when she made the 5 mins call in question. As we all know, regular roaming attracts higher charges (because you'll have to latch on to another network) not to talk of when you are roaming on an Island, which will require you to latch on to a satellite network and this attracts even higher charges. Even at that, if Chioma feels aggrieved, she should have easily called 9mobile's Customer Care Centre, visit any 9mobile Experience Centre, send a mail to their Customer Experience Team or better still visit any of 9mobile's Social Media handles, to lodge a formal complaint instead of exposing her ignorance or shallow IQ to the whole world on social media.
The last time I checked, Chioma is a Glo ambassador and if Glo network is that effective (as they claim), why is she roaming with a 9mobile Sim and not Glo? Lastly, in her bid to de-market 9mobile, she ended up re-marketing them (advertising for them) for free because many peeps now know that in whichever part of the world you find yourself, even if it's on an Island, with 9mobile you can communicate seamlessly.

Attempt to Call ordinary Ghana and see how you'll be charged from all the networks. If you take your time to check their international call rates it will shock you. The only cheap places to call from Nigeria or on roaming is US,Canada,China, India and sometimes South Africa.
