there is no standard to measure it's quality it is not a Rott nor a boerboel so please don't say quality.

This is what you get when you breed two Impure dogs.. They look nothing like the south african boerboel or Rottweiler

Please let us not judge him. This thing happens out of inexperience. Am sure he has learned his lesson. The puppies look malnourished because of lack of proper feeding as taking care of six puppies without adequate financial preparation is not easy i would advise the op to give them out for adoption to his friends instead of continuing to spend money feeding them my thoughts please
