I think Atiku knows what he is doing. Trying to use public sympathy to bend the minds of the judges. Nothing preventedd him from housing them in Abuja days before the day they will give evidence. They exactly know the game of mind they are playing. How can you have a witness to give evidence and you allow him to come all the way from Zamafara on the same day they will give evidence.

That's an unfortunate situation, Buhari and his cohorts have made a mess of this Goddamn country even to the extent of obstructing Justice. May God help us.

The prosecution lawyer said he had to be stepping out of the court to receive the call from the victims, which means the proceedings of the day had already started.

Did the ambush happened at the time they should have already been in court to give evidence or it happened much earlier and the lawyers didn’t make attempt to confirm the presence of the witnesses before proceedings began?
