Hello Guys,

I am in a dilemma now. I made complete payment to a Real Estate company since last year for two plots of land in different locations within Lagos.

I have my deed of assignment for the two properties also. But they have been delaying on the physical allocation of the properties since last year. Always moving the dates forward.

I heard the allocated to some people after legal threats. As it stands now I am tired of the whole thing.

I will prefer to have my money back.

Is there anywaybaround this. I urgently need your advices and opinions.

Get a lawyer to handle it by addressing them.

Then go pay your lawyer to write them and threaten them.

Very likely that those who paid for land are more than the land they have. Better act fast.
