For those critics of this thread, I think you should consider that it was opened on May 3rd this year. Customers have to first get acquainted with the thread, be convinced and then place their order. Don't forget too that after a vehicle is purchased, processed and shipped, it takes an average of 6 weeks to land on Nigerian port.

In my own view it is still OK if we did not see the first container yet on Nigerian land.

I'm an ardent fan of Op. But I must chip in this to Op that his pattern which he feels is the best might not be the best.

The first ship that has sailed/on board sea should have a tracking number. The burden of proof rests with the Op to keep everyone abreast on this thread with details of ship onboard sea, destination, estimated time of arrival/delivery.
All these should go along with proofs and tracking details.
The process has to be as transparent as possible.
This is in no way to discredit the Op,
Like we all know, doubting Thomas's abound. So Amdman u have to carry everyone along with a simplified process cos ur potential clients abound.
Keep up the good work.

Tracking number and other details is at the discretion of the buyer I guess.

You expect him to share the full shipping details here? To prove what exactly? He can as well share false info. Honestly, there's no need for all these.
Why not wait till it arrives? Except, of course, if you have made a purchase already (which you haven't)

Let the man be abeg

The tracking details for the first ship was shared in some pages back by one poster - rapidpolystyren

However op said owners was portacabin (also a nairalander)^

It was actually on my to do list to track that vessel.

But I was stuck in deepwaters grin

Checking now I see the vessel has berthed at Bremerhaven (Germany)

Her last 5 port calls were

Antwerp - 2 days ago

Montreal - June 28

Liverpool- June 19

Let Havre _- June 17

Bremerhaven - June 15

OP please confirm if what rapidpolystyren posted is correct as he claimed the ship was expected in the 1st week of July at lagos. (That could have reflected between Montreal and Antwerp) well if the document shared here is actually correct

If yes, kindly advise when the vessel berthed at Lagos.

Thank you.

The delivery period we promise is 6-8 weeks and our first shipment is still within that range.

We choose to ignore a lot of the snide comments because we believe we are not in business to give clapbacks.

Still we implore those that think it is right to unrelentlessly attack us to reconsider their attitude. There’s more to life.

Re: N1,200,000 or Less Tokunbo Cars by Tyche(m): 11:31am On Jul 13, 2019
The first shipment I had from China, my first container, stayed 2 months more than what the buyer told me. embarassed embarassed

It took me like 2 weeks to start tracking the container and at a point I assumed the money was gone. I had met the seller on Alibaba and he gave very good price which were irresistible, so we wrapped up the deal after I had someone visit his factory.

Couldn't sleep for weeks on end, and couldn't tell anyone either. Wifey was pregnant then and she fit just born premature if she realized what's on the line cry , I just have only one person; myself. No type of insult way I no insult the Chinese guy, but he kept telling me it's on the way; that is, the day he choose to pick my call or if I call him with a different line grin .

I have started adjusting to the money been gone untill I received a call from the agent at Apapa port that my goods have been around for like 5 days; it was a Wednesday morning, and I was over the moon with happiness.

Long story short, turns out the seller badly needs customers at that time and he sold the items to me at a cheap price, so he used the cheapest possible shipment he could find to maximize profit. It was a learning curve for me which I will never forget.

There are express shipment that comes direct from the source and the other which follows a lot of detour and byways picking and dropping containers. The former is more costly than the latter. Don't know if this apply to Canada.

I am not trying to hold forte for the op but the above seems to be the case considering his price, which are far cheaper than the normal market price.

Let's be positive and be patient, although the jury is still out

Refute your claim by posting shipping documents of a container that does not belong to you on a public forum? Or by posting pictures of the vessel on the high seas?

We share relevant documents with those that own the vehicles and none have indicated that they have any issues.
