those of us that are yet to receive any invite like this what is our faith........just hoping for the best

Was it immediately you got interview mail it later cos this one they have started calling people.. And did they send regret mails to people too that weren't picked

Please who knows the salary for the job. Is the amount they put on getqualified really valid? Someone told me it's a lot less than that

It was 3-man panel, a guy from HR, Network and Sales for mine, they asked questions based on your experience. Then the usual situation/behavioural questions of challenges faced, problems solved and stuff like that.

no. i av just completed my nysc service but i av been applying for jobs. no major interviews yet. i want to know how companies handle their interviews. i welcome real experience like this.

Got a mail from get qualified and Airtel HR

They wanted me to send my CV for an area sales manager position at Airtel, although I had initially applied for the graduate trainee position.

They said that they needed an area sales manager in the Northern Region and wanted me to resend my CV.

NB: I did the first graduate trainee test at get qualified and passed and got to the second stage but didn't get called for the interview.

True...I got the same mail from getqualified asking to send most recent CV as well. I had applied for the other graduate role, did those screening exercises but couldn't make it to the interview cos I wasn't around at the time.

How did you know it's an Area Sales Manager role cos it wasn't stated in the mail sent?
