In the mail KPMG sent to us for documentation, they added a file stating the roles in KPMG and requirements. They put in some roles that "candidates must have ACCA or ICAN or something sha". How binding is this? I know many people are non-accounting students and applied for some of these roles. Who has an idea pls?

Jst pick a unit you like....you jst have to prove to them during your interview that u are the ideal candidate.

Those roles have specific requirements and should be strictly adhered to.

Is there anyone who has done PI in IARCS. Please I am filling my form and I really need to understand something about that department. In the Information given to us. They said IARCS requires ICAN atleast final stage and Accounting background.
So my question

How important is that requirement? I have not even registered for ICAN and the closest to Accounting I have is Economics (I studied Economics). What are my chances of being selected in the Department? Because I will like to chose IARCS

But I thought they wanted graduates from different disciplines?? These requirements were not stated at the beginning of the application. Why now So those of us without accounting backgrounds can’t continue the process I guess ??

I would advice you pick another unit since it was stated that you should have reached at lest final stage of accounting. Just to avoid stories that touch when you have gotten to PI

They do want graduates from different disciplines, some inits just have specific requirements and you can chose from those that don't have specific requirements.

I think @k997bomb as answered this sufficiently. Please take note, units such as Audit and Trps do not have such requirements and are open to all graduates.

You can still go for documentation without your transcript, you will still have to send it to them later on. Hope it's being processed to be sent to them cause they won't collect it by hand. It has to be from the school.

@k997bomb, I don't think it is compulsory for the School to send it down to them. It can be scanned or hand delivered by the individual.

Well they request for official transcript and it's only official if it's sent from the school. You can carry the photocopy for documentation though, but they will still request for official transcript from the school based on my experience.

Hello guys, concerning the filling of the trainee form for documentation, how can i manage the space meant for all the courses we did in school from year 1 to 5 considering the fact that I did nothing less than 20 courses per year (first and second semester combine).

Just fill in the ones the space can accomodate, they are not ignorant of the fact that the space provided is not enough. That's what i did sha and there was no problem regardn dat. There is no way you can possibly fit in every course. That's why they still wanna have your transcript na, to have the complete details and perhaps to verify the accuracy of the ones that u put on the form.

Please help out, the area for school attended for A' level... Can it be left blank considering that we sit for O'level in Nigeria?

On the application form, there's a question, Have you taken the KPMG Business Awareness Test ... Please is it ok to write No or yes? Considering there is no "BAT" before documentation?

The next stage is Assessment center.

Some people will come online to ask questions rather than going to source for information. It is after you have checked high and low for information and can't find it or need confirmation that u start asking questions. Let's learn to desist from this lazy attitude.

It took me two months after documentation to get invited for AC,Trps takes time.
