Triangle ABC is similar to triangle ADE. Therefore,
AC ÷ AE = BC ÷ DE,
6 ÷ 4 = 5 ÷ DE,
6 × DE = 5 × 4,
DE = 20/6
DE = 10/3 = 3.33 cm

Another method..... 6/5=4/x.......cross multiply......6x=20.....x=20/6.....x=3.33
