The good thing about Makinde's declaration is that most of his wealth is tied to his companies worth and it is far easier
to trace the source of a company's revenue.

Let's reset this country.. I will suggest we collect 90% from our Billionaires' wealth. Dangote worth about $16Billion, I think $1.6Billion shld be ok for him for the remaining time he will live on this earth. Do same with Otedola, Adenuga, Alakija, past Governors, etc. By the time we finish, we will recover about 3 trillion dollars. What can $3Trillion do:

Permanently fix our power
Fix all our roads
Have great railway networks
Build research labs for future
Fix our education
etc

I'm begging these Billionaires to save the future of our Children. Most of them are dying soon. At most, Dangote, Otedola, Jim Ovia, Tinubu, will be under the ground in 25yrs time.

Source of his wealth is a different question entirely.But the will to declare his asset publicly is worth emulation by his colleagues whether pdp or apc.
This is the way to go,it gives room for accountability.
I think he is serious about working and he has my vote already God willing.

APC should have carried out investigation before making any comment.

Read a post that is not about Tonto, Regina or BBN? Some people are born fools and their foolishness is incurable.
The man donated transformers when he was campaigning in 2015, I saw them. I don't
know if he donated this year too. He gives Bursaries to Higher institution students from his pocket when the government refused to do so. He even said he will be dashing his salaries to pensioners. Not everyone is a noise maker, there are thousands of quiet billionaires in Nigeria.

I'm sure you know asset declared are verifiable. So there is nothing like anticipated asset rather what he could have is assets undeclared.
