My Dear President Obasanjo,

I write this letter with a very heavy heart. For some time now I have watched events in Nigeria with alarm and dismay. Nigeria’s condition today under your watch is, however, too dangerous for silence. I must register my disappointment and protest by declining to accept the high honor awarded me in the 2004 Honors List.

Still on with blaming the long gone past government? Are you demented? Four years have passed already yet Buhari has nothing to show for it. I

Sad what the stomach does to a man's brain. Niyi and Madueke are southerners sent on the unholy mission of deriding a foremost southerner.

What Obasanjo called for is not novel. When almajiri went on a killing spree in the early 2000s in a campaign for sharia, a roundtable was called for them to air their grievances.
When militants held the creeks to Ransome in the mid 2000s, the same dialogue approach was embraced.

Even Boko haram was offered the same olive branch and they chose buhari as their chief negotiator which he declined for reasons best known to him.

Asking the Fulani to air their grievances should be a welcome idea if they're sure they have genuine grounds
