As much as i respect Kukah,my dear Bishop i do not totally agree with him. Nobody is demonising Fulani,it is the herdsmen that are the problem. There are many Fulani business men in Oil and Gas,manufacturing, petty trading, transportation, burea de change and every other business in Nigeria and nobody complained about them. The cry is about herdsmen who took it upon themselves to bring havoc to their host instead of doing their normal business peacefully. We cannot be politically correct at the expense of our lives. If a bee stings you and you hear the buzz of a fly,you will flee. That is natural and no apologies to the herdsmen. |

...the thing with Nigeria is we will be seeing 'black' but we will call it 'white' ...the intimidation by this sets of people in addition to the silence of PMB over the issue and helplessness of the people is bathing the hate speech... we do not pray for war..but from the look of things it may just be at our door steps |

ElsonMorali: There are 2 kinds of people i deal with: Those who know but don't know they know Those who don't know but know they don't know Then there's your type, those who don't know and don't know they don't know. In other words, career ignoramuses. Unfortunately for you but fortunately for me, I don't feel any guilt about avoiding schooling fools. So enjoy your blissful ignorance, safe in the cocoon of general unawareness. You're harmless this way. |

the best way forward is just to be value free in our analysis many of us know the truth but because of the religion, ethnic, language, tribe, location, state and so on differences in between do not allowed us to confronts the issue objectively. |

I think all mechanisms has to be in place hence forth to teach this dullard a lesson or two which he failed to learn while he was at school and at the military while getting promoted by quota system for his incompetence and ineptitude. |

Iziquiel:You have said it all. Hate is a terrible thing to abhor,it blinds your sense of reasoning and good judgement towards the person you hate. There have been bad eggs among Fulani herdsmen for years, they should be fished out and punish accordingly. But most of these online rants about Ruga are from particular sect of people. 2015 election loss gave them so much pain that they hate any Buhari,Apc,North,Fulani just name. Anyone who associates with Pmb is their enemy suddenly. Anyone whom they hate that decided to be antagonizing Pmb becomes their friend eg Obj. |

Greatzeus:All they do is write big grammars criticising this government but they can never profer any solution. The government came up with the idea of Ranching and Ruga to curtail the movement of Herders as it would go a long way to curb the farmer/herder crisis but they shouted to the high heavens that it is a ploy to Fulanise the South. They don't want possible solutions to these problems yet they can't profer any solution. These lots are pathetic and bitter people. When you ask them to suggest a solution they'd tell you that all Fulani Herders should go back to the North.I mean, how stupid can some of these people sound? You want them to go back to their region and at the same time you want your brothers up North to continue doing their businesses there in the North. Bro, dis people no get sense. I tire for dem! They pretend to like Obasanjo and FFK because they are against the present government just wait and see how they switch to hating and calling them unprintable names (OBJ and FFK)if they ever speak any good about this government. The only thing some of these people are good at,is to spread hate. |

Whether Kukah or anyone sympathetic to Fulani likes it or not, they will still be an endangered specie in (many) years to come. This impunity is just but for a moment. For every bit that Fulani (whether foreigners or not) did, same weight will b measured on them, their generation unborn. History won't forget. If, with all these impunities, the real Fulani (that will suffer it in the future) are not coming out to dubunk, dissociate themselves with these killings, RUGA or what a view, then they are sitting on a time bomb. However, for the Yoruba or Southern Muslims sympathetic to these guys, don't worry, it will soon reach your side. We all know when Boko Haram started, bombing churches, the Muslims in the north were feeling fly, but we all know the scores now. Karma is a bitch! |

The unfortunate thing in all of this is that the set of people who want to plunge this country into chaos are foreigners and the man saddled with the responsibility of protecting the integrity and safety of all without prejudice appears to be unfazed cos of primordial consideration of filial ties. How long does anyone think the rest of the populace would sit and condone insensitive and unabated killings and decimation just for the sake of so called peace of the graveyard? |

mvem: Until this morning when news had it that the Miyetti Allah visited CAN on the matter - as if it’s a regions matter- not even Buhari had spoken about the antisocial conduct of the Fulani herdsmen. It is not stereotyping to have before now viewed the Fulani as murderous criminals. By the way, the CAN had better watch out for the taqqiya of Miyetti Allah attempting to give the matter a religious colouration in the bid to have SW with its large Muslim following taking instructions from the Sultan of Sokoto widely acknowledged as the Leader Of Muslims in Nigeria and himself a Fulani! This matter concerns the Fulani displacement of other ethnic nationalities from land belonging to those ethnic nationalities! The Fulani are working hard to change the narrative. |

Neoteny: That you are able to string words together does not make you intelligent, just in case you didn't know. I could probably teach my monkey to write exactly what you just wrote and you would be on the same level. Nothing is more pathetic than a fool who thinks others are the fools. They are the ones quick to issue insults when they see their points shot down. I don't blame you though. The internet has given everybody a way to display crass stupidity online and I can see you are taking advantage of that. I have made salient points. I don't expect you to counteract it. You aren't as bright as you think you are. You are that guy in school who goes around with shoulders high and an overinflated ego and bloated sense of self worth until the first semester results come out and he's actually sporting 10 carryovers and an advised to withdraw from the school. Only a dumb person will drag a whole ethnic group into his stupid arguments because he has inferiority complex. I blame whoever has placed that phone in your hands. They should have attached a monitor or a supervisor to the phone so you won't go around online unsupervised and spewing trash. Dangerous, if you ask me. |

ElsonMorali: It took this jackass a whole number of days to string together what he perceives as a retort. Did you have help from a few like-minded friends? Tbh i didn't bother reading your drivel because I'm not one for self inflicted torture. I'm sure a few clumsy sentences could be slightly coherent. Now, you've made your rant. Piss off, fukk you, and have a nice day. |

Neoteny: Unlike you I don't live on Nairaland. I have an actual life in the real world, something you can't understand even if you tried to. Your entire life revolves around and devolves from the the likes and shares you garner on this platform. Outside here you are an irrelevant piece of garbage shifting from one dumpsite to another looking for carcass to ferret out for your daily meal. You didn't read it because the sum of your vocabulary can be packed in a matchbox. I understand your frustrations in life. I'd be frustrated too if I were you, living in complete obscurity and ignominy. I wouldn't want to be the reason you decided to end your life, so I'll advice you to stop quoting this particular moniker because the owner won't be bullied by some useless and faceless internet tout like you. Slink back into the maggot infested gutters from which you crawled out of, lowlife. |
