Things are hard, the economic crises and pressure to live up to the expectations as the man of the house is enough to bring in depression, not to mention losing the love of your life simply because you could no longer provide for her needs. In such situation, life becomes miserable and hopeless. In that situation one begins to have anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self regret which could lead to self hatred and then the individual may consider suicide as the only escape plan but committing suicide is never a good option because it can only cause pain to your family and even you may have to live your entire life with the scars if you survive the suicide.

A lot of people are going through similar crises, that's why we need to pay close attention to our depressed loved ones and neighbours who are in need of support and be mindful of words we use.

Learn to think your way out of your misery coz as humans, we are equipped with solutions to our problems but we routinely fail to explore this ability - we hardly task our brains thereby losing the will to live.

Though not easy to take one's life but a sad way to chicken out.
