The problem is that this is primarily a revenue generating scheme for Lagos State Government. If you ask me how I take know I go tell you say the thing no go ever catch the regular traffic offenders aka danfo drivers!

There is an orange tag vio issues its the tag that is read by a camera planted at strategic places.

Don't Jones your self beating traffic lights even at night around those places mentioned.
The cameras are hidden and will pic that tag if it violates any rules.

Just as registering those car license plates and saving them in a database will help Lagos authorities tame lawlessness on the road, so registering citizens will help Nigeria undermine the impunity with which some terrorise the majority throughh kidnapping, Fraternities, robbery, cattle escorting, and miscellaneous other things throughout the realm.
