This is not impressive. The engine must have ran all through the journey with average speed of 120kmph. I think this hybrid car will not be able boost the car to an average speed of 100kmph without the engine kicking in. In every EV car, the faster you go the more battery energy is consumed.

My opinion: A hybrid car is not the best car for an interstate journey. A hybrid car is best suited for city driving when you hit the traffic to get more value for your money.

Not bad considering the kind of junk fuel we have in Nigeria

@ It is good to note that hybrid cars provide better fuel economy in the city than on the highway

In fact impressive
Driving with AC, Lots of slowing down and accelerating, due to bad roads e.t.c
You can never get manufacturer mpg while driving in nigeria. From bad fuel to bad roads e.t.c

Even the corolla barely gets manufacturer mpg. If a car was human it'd get confused while being driven in nigeria. Brake , throttle- Brake throttle . thats the sequence

I doubt the corolla can even achieve 20mpg in the city
