I suspect he is into something more sinister underneath while this court case takes our attention away. Otherwise how could you fly in a confessed hacker, who could not present his source in court, holding on to an exhibit of doubtful source as your chief witness? On whistleblowers, you are missing a very crucial element: A Whistleblower usually points officers of the law to a FACT that would be seen "As A FACT", not to "a modified version or relocated version" of a Fact!
The "results" being claimed here and brought to court, are ON A THRID PARTY Website, which means the "FACT" or Data has been transfprmed or MOVED from its original location, (INEC Server in INEC Office) to a third party site. That makes the "FACT" unreliable.

Its like blowing whistle that a Govt official kept Govt's Billions of Naira in his house...but you now say you have moved the money from where he kept it in his house, to a location of your own choosing!
The "Govt Official" will simply deny that the Money belongs to him, afterall, it was not found in his house!
This is exctly what INEC is saying: Denying that Data from whatever Server!
And no "expert" can make INEC own up to that data on that website.
To prove anything, those Data must be found on INEC Server....and presented to the Court, exactly in that form
That is an impossibility since INEC has denied operating any Server for that election.

This Atiku Case is dead on arrival, l am not asking you to agree, just Negodu till the Supreme Court will give its verdict.

Server controversy! We still have analogue judges who cannot make much meaning from this submission.
