he should solve the transport problems first before rolling out traffic rules with its outlandish penalties. there are many bad roads that are not vehicle-worthy which allow motorists to get robbed, illegal bus stops, nefarious activities of agberoes to mention few, govt job is not about rules and regulations alone, they need to perform their obligations to the citizenry, its not about making life harder for already frustrated road users. people like you make govt think everybody is stupid.

its not the rule he complained about - its the outrageous and obnoxious fines attached to them.... fines are not IGR - its a means of having it on record that you committed a traffic infraction and deter you in the future. and a traffic offence is not a criminal offence so prescribing 30k and above for such an offence is criminal, its extortion in a country where the FG is reversing itself on 30k minimum wage...
