Asari Dokubo, founder of the Niger Delta People's Volunteer Force has declared his support for the actualization of Biafra while calling on Niger Delta people to return home following threats from Arewa youths. As mighty as US is, at every little report of violence (insecurity) in any nation, they quickly return their citizens, most times they send plane to airlift there own.
So I do not see anything wrong in NEF ordering there own back. So Asari is in order
