Banned based on what? Didn't DSTV and Multichoice apply for and received all necessary permits and licenses? Are they breaking any aspect of the broadcasting code? Are they defaulting in their taxes? What's the reason exactly for the ban?
When the government banned AIT and Raypower for breaking the broadcasting code, people shouted press freedom, the same people have now forgotten press freedom and shouting ban, because they don't like a program.

after all they didn't force you lots to watch it.

Nigeria is not practicing sharia law or Christianity law(if it's exists).

if you think the show brings about moral decadence, then stop your kids from watching it, the show doesn't violate any law.

Those calling for ban are hypocrite.

I doubt it can ever be banned. The money from it is enough to buy off the censors. And secondly, it is shown on cable and not on privatr or public television which are conservative in what they show

In America if I'm correct, Game of Thrones isn't shown on normal television except cable.
