It is usually dark under the bridge in the day time and drivers fail to see that horrible pothole that makes almost all vehicles going over it hit the ground with a very horrendous sound as their engine bellies hit the ground over the depression

I really don’t know what is new about this look if u ask me.

There's nothing special here. It's just the normal patching of pot holes. They do this every raining season. I work in Maryland, so I know what I'm saying.
