Prior before now, it is rumoured that President Muhammadu Buhari wanted to compensate Akinwunmi Ambode, former Lagos State governor as Minister but Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is trying to stop it. Now the list is out and Ambode's name is missing. Did Tinubu have his way?

There were rumours that Ambode inclusion in the nominated list delayed the submission to the NASS but Tinubu fought till the last and was sure Ambode's name was excluded. Ambode hurt himself. No one should blame Tinubu. Tinubu was seen backing Ambode in 2015 against Fashola's will. Then,Fashola warned Tinubu about Ambode but Tinubu chose to go along with Ambode. At the end,Tinubu found out that Ambode wasn't who he thought he is. Now the past is haunting Ambode. Mamora has served PMB,he was due for compensation. It won't speak well if Tinubu stand with Ambode again against Mamora who has been loyal. Fashola is PMB's son,and I don't think PMB will want to drop Fashola for Ambode. Even if PMB wanted to drop Fashola,the fear of what Ambode did to Fashola's project may hinder him from taking such decision... Because he may also abandon (Fashola)federal projects.
