Ambode should first go and beg the man of God he embarrassed because of his wife.

Some of the names here are people who will fight for 2023......Aregbesola, Amaechi, Akpabio, Ogah, et al.
These are people who have something at stake in 2023.....

Ambode doesn't...he has shown to have absolutely no grassroots or base and therefore a political liability..hence didn't make the list...

He will be compensated nonetheless, one committee of economic think tank or any foolish name they may deem fit, and place him to chair it....


But truth be told, is this list worth all the razzmatazz that had accompanied it in the last few months?

Amaechi?
Fashola?
Adamu Adamu?
Ngige?

Are these the people to push the President's Next Level Agenda....

The list was made up of regular politicians without shame and integrity... 70% of them have corruption cases hanging on them.

Serves him right ,when we complained over sars issues in Lagos what did he do? Nothing,let him manage the millions he has stolen..

Ambode should go and sit down jor. He did nothing exceptional in Lagos. Infact, he left Lagos inner roads and waste management worse than he met it.

He should have left the party for the opposition at the hit of the moment instead he remained with them cause of the false promises they were bathing him with. One thing he failed to understand is that Tinubu rarely forgives and when he is coming after you he goes for the jugular, unfortunately Ambode learnt the had way.

He doesn't have to be a minister. There are powerful parastatals that may need to be filled and he might be considered. Infact, some agencies of government have DGs who may wield more influence more than certain ministers. For instance, the CG of customs, the head of pensions commission, the MD of ports authority, the DG of NIMASA have more clout and are certainly more powerful than the minister of state for agriculture.

Ambode deserved to be there but I am sure the President didn't want to appoint two former governors from one state into his cabinet to avoid people raising eyebrows and to avoid clash of titans.

I am sure Ambode will get a rewarding government appointment that isn't ministerial post soon

Ambode does seem to have an “I” problem! Pride, they say, comes before a fall. Good leaders are servant leaders and are accustomed to using the word “We” when speaking in their leadership capacity. Ego goes before a goner! Lessons learnt!!

Good for him

The Baba Alayes that Ambode offended were really on his case. They made a seriously serious follow up on Aso Rock to ensure he did not make the list.
They didn't want the case to be like the time they deployed their propaganda machinery against Fashola's emergence the other time but failed.
