sorry for the delay in response , the activation of your sim shouldn’t take more than an hour if network is okay , and tell the person that sells you the sim to help you subscribe , and to call you once it starts going , take their number and keep calling them until they do it, if you are lucky shouldn’t take more than 20minutes.. you can also chat ntel from their twitter handle @ntelcare , they reply

It’s not all that bad sha I get to watch YouTube on 720p stream Netflix and day to day browsing is taking care of so no wahala from this end ... I download huge files also (30gb) I put my mifi on my roof and speed increases !

yes you are right, their speed is abysmal .. just imagine .. if only smile or Swift was in Abuja and offer similar unlimited plan with a high speed..

about 20Gb estimation. ntel is only good for streaming youtube, and downloading files of maximum 3GB, you can download more if you can afford the patience/wait..

No data plan requires mifi.
You can use it on your phone.

PS for the 10k plan, the speed is reduced drastically after 40GB, while for the 15k plan it's reduced after 65GB
