please Doctors in the house, I need your urgent assistance.
my son, aged 6 years has been having fever for over 2 weeks now. I took him to the hospital when it started. test was conducted, blood normal, no typhoid, no malaria. the doctor prescribed paracetamol and amoxicillin syrups.
one week after, the fever persist. we went back to the hospital and yet a similar test was conducted with the same result. He was them admitted and a wider test done.
After all test conducted, the doctor said that my son is having fever of unknown origin. We were referred to Benue State Teaching Hospital and until now, the fever had worsened and my son is loosing weight by day.
kindly share any solution that might be of help to my son.

the child had been placed on Ibuprofen for over one week yet no results

Maybe you should get that from a reputable pharmacy...dunno why clinics in your locality cannot treat the child.
