Hello All
After 4 months of submission of my Visa application I was refused based on 1) Travel History as I have not traveled out of the country before.
2) The purpose of travel as the program that I was being invited had elapsed since the month ofJune 2019... I was advised to reapply when my situation changes
Please I will need a professional advice on next step to take....
How soon can I reaaply again as the same program is coming up by November 2019?
How can I treat the issue of travel History? please house I will really appreciate your sincere opinions.Thank you so much and God bless...
Did they specifically say they are refusing based on the fact that the program had elapsed?

how long have u submitted your application ?
June 26th is the day of my submission.

This is my second application. Do they still review for eligibility for the same visa type that is a re-application?

Yes as a matter of fact they will confirm every documents you submitted including your financial statement of account which I think it's not necessary again after they have confirmed it previously

I don’t think so. But she would have gotten a bvl letter that states the validity of her biometrics. If I can recall, I think the 10year validity started in July 2018.

1) invitation letter from to attend the (TINFF).
2) Entry fee(which he payed $250).
3) The producer's letter of introduction.(as per collabo)
4) flight itinerary.

If the invitation letter is genuine then cousin need to work on his personal asset and financial status.

Did your cousin submit his employment documents ?
Business or salary account?
The 4m in his account hope is not lodgement?
Any travel history which is important for Canada visit/tourist visa?
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by anelsta: 12:33am On Jul 25, 2019
Yeah the invite is Genuine.

He submitted his personal savings not salary account.

Not sure he submitted his Employment documents.

He has travelled to Ghana ( not a virgin passport though.

* Said his salary account he does not leave money there, when they pay him, he transfers to his savings

And as for his land properties he will attach it for this 2nd application.

What then do you suggest?

Travel history is zero......
If he don't submit his salary account how will the embassy know his employment status?

Canadian embassy dont joke with documents.....

It looks like he does not qualify for a visit visa

Ok bro, so do you suggest he lodges money back to his salary account? Like he said he, does not like leaving money there.

And what do you suggest?

No. He should submit the salary account along with the savings account even if the salary account has little funds in it. That way the VO can follow the money.

Good day house. I have been a silent reader of this thread and I read through from inception till date. I have gathered all required documents and intend to proceed with a tourist visa application for my family and I (hubby and son) as we intend to visit Canada during the Christmas season. My son doesnt need a visa though so it's basically for hubby and I. My question is when it comes to choosing a sponsor am a bit conflicted as both of us intend sponsoring the trip ourselves since we both earn OK. How do we go about this? must it be one person sponsoring the trip?

I understand perfectly well you guys view. I was only reiterating their "Modus Operandi" Approval is by no means of good job/ salary ooo or travel history. I have known from time in memorial that Visa Approval is by luck and not based on facts..it merely on assumption. We currently have valid multiple visas. We included entry stamps and all but eh i guess that wasn't good enough. But i have applied for GMCS notes to know what exactly the issue is for future purpose. Not bothered the slightest.

All the best to those awaiting response! I pray your application doesn't get to London Office ooo. They take their bloody time and don't like when you follow up(typical British Attitude). They are ruthless and mean(lol).

Where do they issue tourist visas for Paper Applicants?

Both of you can sponsor.

For online: You can select that you have a job and you don't depend on anyone for financial support, both of you can submit your financial documents together. Explain or highlight this in client information section.

If the space won't be enough, you can select that you work and still depend on someone for financial support. This will create a new upload section called "proof of financial resource supporter" Your spouse can upload his documents there including letter of sponsorship. Highlight this in the client information section.

Yes. But the 10-year biometric validity will be applied retrospectively to applicants to the Temporary Resident Biometric Program (TRBP) who provided their biometric information during or after May 2013.

Anyone who wants to check the validity of their biometrics can use the following online tool to do so:
