You are right in a way. But the law doesn't work like that. As long as the man didn't threaten or force the woman, any action against him is wrong.

This might be true. I don't know enough about Ghanaian laws but if it's anything like Nigeria then that would mean Adultery is not a crime. If he was caught in a country that has Adultery as a crime in it's constitution like Saudi Arabia or Iran, then that would be a different case.
