So 10awg will be 6mm, and 8awg will be 10mm. My quest now will be 8awg or 10mm.

Ah okay so I was not gamed then, mine is 8awg. So it seem the lower the awg the higher the mm

They made YouTube take down my video of the XTM and told me to stop buying Fangpusun products. That the legal team would take action against me
Maybe because you've once displayed their product, so endorsing fangpusun means you know about both and it gives credit to your viewers to choose fangpusun especially due to price advantage. Maybe if you never showed any of their stuff, they'd have assumed you're an innocent buyer/reviewer.

The advertised costs/prices are always at variance with price out there. If this platform is more of a DIY, then someone is reeling you off. Dog eats dog life

That is largely true and it is because many "dealers" here are just middle men trying to make a living on enthusiasts who don't want to go to the market. I almost paid for 300W flame solar panels here until my local installer got them for me from Alaba for about 10K lower. What they do is to advertise goods in other people's shops as their own. It is the reason why they also try to put people under pressure to pay fast as the "stock is small". I personally would have preferred that this place is reserved for hobbyists and enthusiasts while marketers and middle men set up their own thread.

People are getting smarter. If u put in a little more informed effort you can actually land some equipment at manufacturer prices...waaaay less than advertised here. I have 4 fangpusun products en-route straight from manufacturer..all costing about half or a third the cumulative advertised prices of some sellers here.

Please big sellers should pls be more humane in their price listings, because once one can smell that buyers are being exploited on a certain product they lose faith in other items advertised.

DIY is fun.

Update 21/8/19:
Took delivery of my items yesterday and deployed the 100v|30amps to service immediately. kiss

Buyers eyes are now very open and are more informed of various choices available for breaking the yoke of darkness unlike in the past where shylocks prey on people's quest to provide light. Even now there is one notorious marketer that does not have a website but is touting himself as the so called number online store, lol grin.

He has refused to change his price gouging and high press sales tactics but I am sure he us feeling the side effects now wink

His high pressure sales tactics is why I have never bought anything from him. A few times I have called him for possible purchases, I'm put off by his insistence that some others are calling him for the same goods and I have to pay immediately or I will not get it.

You can even modify the output voltage level on this mppsolar GK series, I love this hybrid but I wonder why many people prefer to spend so much on brand when this fully serves the purpose at less than half the price of similar brand products.

Gud day, pls i need a clarification on this, 20a 12v/24v charge controller and 300w×3 mono crystaline solar panel, can it work together..

With that setup, you can only connect in parallel (since a typical 300v panel is 24v) and at least east panel should give 8A or more, this means you can only do max 300x2 with that controller configuration.

Contact manufacturer directly at sales@mppsolar.com, you get at least 100USD savings in total compared to the price on AliExpress

I will love to have this type of yours. How can I go about it? Online stores? Walk in malls?

Thanks.

And that polystar 1.5hp AC seems to have a friendly power draw of less than 1kw at full blast. Is it inverter AC?
I got both the AC and Binatone AVS from JUMIA. To the best of my knowledge when I purchased it , it was NOT stated as being an inverter AC.

That's a total of 900W...

with MPPT SCC--- on a 12V system, you're looking at 75A charging current; while on a 24V system, you're looking at 37A.
(Dont know how many batteries and their ratings)

so, you need 80A MPPT SCC for a 12V system and 40A SCC for a 24V system.

however, for a PWM SCC, you can only use the 300W panels on a 24V system (I still sit to be corrected). 300W panels usually have their Maximum Power Voltage, Vimp, in the range of 30-40V (Canadian 300W is 32.5V while Flames 300W is 37.98V) and PWM CCs dont do DC-DC conversion.

so on a 24V system, with PWM SCC, you need 30/40A SCC

cheers

Last i checked.
20A SCC PWM types
have 260W max. PV power @12V
and 520W Max. PV power @24V
if manufacturer didn't state Oversizing is not issue ... then i'd suggest you stay within the spec sheet.

My POV is that those 300W solar panels will waste away on a 12V config. i.e. the higher voltage of Vmp will not be efficient.
except on a 24V config.

i'd suggest you try 150W panels instead as its Vmp is within 18V . .... will work better if stacked in parallel, to its 300W equivalent.

i'd suggest you get a 60A PWM charge controller i.e. 780W max @ 12V and 1560W @ 24V.
... In short ... e no fit work except tweaking around it ....
