i feel some Yoruba ppl are letting these Fulani into d south west
And it's strange that these Fulani don't operate on d mainly Muslim region of Yoruba land
I'm talking about Iwo ede oke Ogun
Akure ife ijesha ondo ekiti region with the largest population of Yoruba Christians is where these ppl are active
I personally feel there are some Yoruba ppl allowing these ppl into Yoruba land
Like I said,this is just a theory
im a Yoruba person and proud,and I know Yorubas very well
I will say it again,it is not far fetched that some Yorubas especially some big alhajis and Islamic fanatic I know are supporting this Fulani

Did u all read where they said a Yoruba oba sold land in oke Ogun or northern Oyo state
Did u know this oba sold d land for 5000 naira,I know where I got my source

But one of the traditional rulers in Ogun State, the Ooye of Iwoye-Ketu, Oba Joel Ademola, told SUNDAY PUNCH that the issue of Fulani herders and Yoruba was complex because some of them settled in different parts of Yorubaland a long time ago.


He said, “Our forefathers gave some land to Fulani herdsmen but not in exchange for anything like cows or other items. It was done to boost the economy of our region.

“We also know that some of them rent houses in the town. But, what we observed this time, is that some of them will just come and take over our forests. Nobody gave them the forests.”

The Iwoye-Ketu youth leader, Chief Felix Dopemu, told one of our correspondents that some Fulani herdsmen bought land from fraudulent indigenes.

He said “These fraudsters sell the government forest reserve to the Fulani herdsmen who settled down in the area.”

The Olu of Alabata in the Odeda Local Government area of Ogun State, Oba Abdul Waheed Sanusi, said some parcels of land were leased to Fulani herdsmen and rent collected annually.

After destroying themselves due to greediness and useless religious affiliation, they will come blame Evans..

The sabotage is obviously internal. There is a reason while majority of traditional rulers in Yoruba land are Muslim Yorubas.
They are there to influence Yoruba land through the direction coming from the caliphate.
Average Yoruba Moslem will do everything humanly possible to mix up with Fulanis or to be seen as Fulani man..
If this madness is not curtailed which is very difficult, few years to come there would be a totally mix up between fulanis and Yoruba which average Yoruba Moslem is secretly praying for that's why you can never see a Muslim Yorubas condemning fulanis .
Yoruba/fulani tag is inevitable just like Hausa/fulani that is being tagged together today unlike what was obtainable decades and centuries ago when Hausa was a distinct ethnic group on its own..
