franchasng:
What Igbos need is a non-profit fund-raising forum or body with foreign domiciled bank accounts where all sons and daughters of Igbo land all over the world can pay a non-laborous or non-demanding monthly levy to be used to carry out all round developmental projects in all Southeast states.

The funds will be used to pay community vigilante groups to mount 247 surveillance in all Southeast states, especially border communities to ensure security of lives and properties in SE states.

The fund will also be used to assist in infrastructural developmental projects abandoned by Nigerian federal government in Southeast states to make life more meaningful for Igbo people living in the SE, and to also kick-start the fast infrastructural development of Southeast region ahead of the coming freedom of Biafra, so that when Biafra finally comes, Igbos won't be in shock with several jobs to be done in terms of infrastructural development.

This should be the focus of IPOB discussions on Radia Biafra in the coming years because there is no future for Nigeria to remain one from the look of things, so the earlier we start the planning, the better/
how can we as a people start and implement this. its highly recommended

the biafra foundation fund opened by nnamdi kanu should be used to build one major project in the east...for instance they can build a ring road to connect all 5 states...if they do that....more people will trust kanu's intentions for biafra.
correct. ..while waiting for Biafra to actualize. .MNK should look into developmental projects in each state this will be helpful

No Breakup discussed.
We want full autonomy of Police
of Resources and
of Election control for each of 36 States.
The F.G must contend with Liaison Affairs only
