Funny enough, Osun state had a working tax system compared to other state. Maybe he even groomed Lagos.

Aregbesola has HND, in Engineering, finance is more than that. We have people who are economical savvy yet Nigeria economic grade is still shaky...

Depends on the country & the number of family members you're dealing with.
Also it's closer to the real price if you deal with the country in question direct(agency fees).
