On point! The apc goons here are just sentimental. INEC is already boxed presenting any witness will simply slay them. It is a tactical retreat but, Buharideens feels it is a blow to the petitioners.

INEC has a server and they should stop all this public misinformation. I have check their website and I saw it.

Step to assess INEC server

1. Visit www.inecnigeria.org
2. Click on the MENU at the top right corner
3 click on election
4. Click on elected candidate 2019
4. You will see list of election held into different position, the click on the one you want and the PDF of the result will be downloaded straight to ur system.


Kindly share this info among friends who are still being misinformed about the existence of INEC server.

I think INEC has nothing to lose by not putting a robust defense, if they rely on PDP witnesse , i smell trouble for APC except they make a good case.

But INEC can cancel result in SE, SS, SW, MB, Because card reader could not authenticate voters, but allow the results stands in NE, NW were card readers were not even used right?

APC as usual will not call witness, just to save face may present few but will be there undoing as well

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Monday said it is not calling any witness in defence of the petition by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Atiku Abubakar.

Its lawyer, Yunus Usman (SAN) announced this at the resumption of proceedings at the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC).

By the court’s schedule, INEC was expected to open its defence today, but when the case was called, Usman said they have scrutinized the evidence by witnesses called by the petitioners and found that there was no need for it.
