That is stealing, not robbery.

Of what use is CCTV without someone monitoring it all the time. Watching a recording solves nothing in Nigeria where there is no National Database and Facial Recognition Tech.

This is not CCTV. It is a phone camera that was used. The people that videoed this didn't try at all. Raising alarm by shouting "thief" alone would have scared them off. They were just thieves without arms for God sake. Now the owner of this car didn't just lose his broken glass but valuables in the car.

It's the act of cowardice that have bedevilled this country generally that made these guys succeed. If those behind that camera were brave enough, the best they could have gotten have gotten out of the situation was to flee if not they'd have been arrest or probably leached by mob.
