From various commercial bank but since the money belong to you and I,federal government set up AMCON to buy the debt from bank to stop them from folding up suddenly so you and I won’t have problem getting our money back from bank
Federal government sometimes prosecute the bank officials that lend out the money and sell the bank to new investors

Look at people like Buruji Kashamu,a serving senator who is supposed to have paid down the loan over the last four years considering the huge amount they earn.But na lie.
He even spent reckless amounts on campaign,court cases and lobbying of party members in his fight for the state gubernatorial ticket against Adebutu,but he won't pay.Na lie.This country is a JOKE!

I thought this was revealed during OBJ/ATIKU Show years back. Yet ATIKU promised to sell these companies and their loans to private investors again during Election.

Buruji Kashamu is no longer a sitting Senator; his tenure ended in May 2019. Chimaroke Nnamani is the sitting Senator on the list.

AMCON is not listing debtors. They are listing people who are not servicing their debts. Owing is not against the law. Adenuga is servicing his debts.

They are usually not with better security because of their position, yet AMCON acquired those bad debts hoping they could use gov position to force them to pay or go after their properties. 10 years down the line, no one is paying after several efforts.

Osinbajo constituted a task force on Tuesday to go after them, hence, why they released their names today. I wrote about it here:
