What really touched me wasn't the act of kindness but the anonymity the giver probably wanted.

This should be lesson to many of us in the South who blow a trumpet when giving.

I wasn't that stubborn o, my immediate elder brother on the other hand was and is still what you call a hard headed person and he was always influencing me that time. So when he starts, I join in and the beaten goes round.

To me, this is a classical case of cure worse than the ailment. The little girl being a child may be thrilled by this "palliative", but in actual sense, it is no where close to the solution of her daily energy-sapping distant trekking.

The energy expended in riding that bicycle is almost double the energy required to trek.

However, may God reward her benefactor for making such attempt, and thanks to social media for bringing up her plight to the public. We pray she eventually get the appropriate assistance.

Also, such a long walk on the lonely path is not safe for a girl of her age, human ritualists are on the lookout.

Would you rather walk for 2km for let us say 2hrs or bike the same distance for just 30 min. If you consider the time difference I believe less energy will be expended by biking because she will get to school faster than if she walk.
