Do us Nigerians realize that when the intellectuals leave the country and become successful else where that it hurts our country more? Nigeria is left with illiterates when the educated people leave and don't come back to help. If all the people who leave Nigeria even donated some of their money in to some important causes we would be doing so much better than we are now.
Why are we known around the world for abandoning our country and running to other foreign powers for help? Why don't we stay in Nigeria so we can lower our poverty rates? It's crazy because i know Nigerians are smart and strong enough to change Nigeria if we wanted to. Nigerians struggle when they come to America, they are so poor and yet still manage to become doctors, engineers, and lawyers. Why are we okay with suffering in the white man's land before we fix our own? White people are literally the reason we are so poor today yet we love to flock to them. Why?

The intellectuals are powerless.

The Nigerian army from Gowon to Abacha brought mediocrity to the system ....which was a strategy of the colonial masters to ensure only dumb leaders rule their ex-colonies.

You can only stay to fix something that is allowed to be fixed. There are top men that want Nigeria to be just the way it is. If you go against them, they will kill you and nothing will happen.

The number of incompatible ethnic groups in the country means that one can never gather enough Nationwide popular momentum to fish for reform.

Why keep hitting your head against a wall when you can leave the country and live a more productive life

Not everyone believes in Nigeria, as a country or nation. People like me want our own separate country away from this crazy one Lugard set up in 1914

How do you fix a country with leaders that are bent on destroying it?

The ones running away are also victims.
The ones destroying the country make gains in the chaos

The only solution is division, so everyone will be on their own, Nigeria has failed as a country and can never be fixed......unless those people are dead, you guys know what am talking abt, I won't mention names
